”Yangnyum chicken is a korean-style fried chicken cuisine. It is made by mixing gochujang (korean red pepper paste sauce), garlic, sugar among others with fried chicken. It is known simply as Korean Fried Chicken outside of Korea. The main characteristics of it is that it is spicy and sweet at the same time, and in Korea, it is often eaten in the form of fast food, as a snack, and even eaten alongside alcoholic beverages to complement it.
